Serviced offices are ready-to-use office spaces that are fully equipped, available 24/7 for their clients, with full reception support, daily cleaning, access control system and internet access. In addition to the equipment and the range of services, the serviced office is a space used by various companies, where each of them has their own private offices to work, and at the same time they use shared spaces, such as kitchens or conference rooms. Who are the serviced offices for?

Serviced offices are ideal for businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to mature enterprises that need flexible office solutions and comfort. Serviced offices can be of different sizes - from small management offices to large corporate units. At the same time, serviced offices are a guarantee of flexibility. A serviced office can be rented for a much shorter period than a standard 5 year contract. Contracts start with up to 3 month terms, which can be extended one month to months.

How much does it cost to rent a serviced office in Warsaw?

The cost of renting a serviced office depends on many factors, such as location, office size, and additional services. At Cluster, our offices in Warsaw at 75 Sienna Street offer competitive prices for rental of office space with a high standard, which start from PLN 1750 for one workplace.

How will my clients get to my office?

Our serviced office locations are easily accessible, for both customers and employees. The entrance to our offices takes place each time from the level of the dedicated reception. Regular users with their access control card have free access 24 hours a day.

Each of our locations, such as the Inwalidów Square in Krakow, the Old Railway Station in Katowice or Sienna in Warsaw, is located in a convenient location with good access to public transport.

What office equipment can I use?

In our offices, we offer complete facilities, including comfortable desks, ergonomic chairs, fully equipped kitchens, showers for cyclists and access to advanced office equipment. Any additional office equipment such as computers and monitors is organized independently by customers.

What is a dedicated desk and what is a hot desk?

The coworking service offers two types of desks - dedicated desks and hot-desks. The coworking service is designed for single people who do not have the need to rent a private office and prefer to share office space with other professionals. A dedicated desk is a fixed workspace in a shared coworking space that is reserved for only one user, while a hot desk is not assigned to any user and rotates between different users. On the dedicated desk you can leave your equipment such as monitor and other items. A hot desk, on the other hand, must be emptied of private items each time so that other users can use it freely.
