A dedicated desk is a fixed workspace in a shared coworking space that is reserved for only one user, while a hot desk is not assigned to any user and rotates between different users. On the dedicated desk you can leave your equipment such as monitor and other items. A hot desk, on the other hand, must be emptied of private items each time so that other users can use it freely.
